Welcome to Barr at noma

This spring, the Barr team is in residence at noma, taking over its kitchens and dining rooms while the noma team is in Los Angeles.

As the season changes, so too does our menu—shifting towards the brightness of spring, with asparagus, rhubarb, peas, and new potatoes woven into our cooking. Alongside these, you’ll find the Barr classics—revisited, refined, and served as a five-course menu with accompanying beverages.

Guests are seated together at one long table, where dishes are served to share—creating a convivial, family-style experience.

Private dining

While Barr is in residence at noma, we are offering a private dining experience within the restaurant for more intimate gatherings. The room accommodates between 8 and 20 guests and looks out onto the noma garden through large windows—offering a calm and secluded setting for your evening.

The experience includes exclusive use of the room, a glass of Champagne on arrival, a five-course seasonal menu, and a four-glass wine pairing. A non-alcoholic pairing is of course available.

Your dinner will be guided by a dedicated member of our front-of-house team, ensuring a seamless and personal experience throughout the evening.

The price is 1,650 DKK per person.
